Log into your iGoogle homepage and select "Change Theme From..."

Under the "Create Your Own Theme" area select the link "Try now >>"

When asked to "Upload an image", simply select the theme above which you saved and click "Upload Picture"

When asked to "Crop this picture", drag the selection box to select the entire image and click "Apply Changes"

Choose your "Header text color" and "Theme color"

Fill in the "Enter theme info" area with whatever you want to name your theme then click "Create Theme"

Click the "Accept" button to accept "Google Gadgets and Themes API Terms of Service"
